How to Add Published Work to Your Chill Subs Profile

So, you’ve got a piece published. Sweet. Nice. What now?

Step 1: Tell your mom.

Step 2: Add it to your profile on Chill Subs obv.

Here’s how:

1. Log in

   You need to be logged in to add anything. Head to your profile.

2. Edit your profile

   Once you’re on your profile page, click that little “Edit Profile” button.

3. Click “Publications”

   Inside the editor, find the “Publications” section and hit + ADD.

4. Fill out the form

   • Link – Drop in a direct link to the piece (if it exists online) or the issue it was in.

   • Title – What’s your piece called?

   • Magazine – Start typing the name of the magazine.

     • If it doesn’t pop up, no worries. Just type the full name and click the “Add New +” option that appears.

   • Year – When was it published?

   • Show on magazine’s listing page? – Toggle this on if you want it to show up on the mag’s page.

   • Genre, Style, Sub-genre – Choose what best fits your work.

5. Save

   Hit that save button and voilà—your published work will now show up under “Selected Work” on your profile.

If the magazine is in our database, the logo will show up with your piece. If not, you’ll get a nice colored dot (still cute).

This is just about listing where your work has already been published—it’s not for new writing or submissions.
