Can I get a refund?

How long do refunds take?

Typically 5-7 business days, depending on your bank. Any longer, and we’ll join you in a strongly worded letter-writing campaign.

Can you charge my card without my permission?

Do you have group discounts?

Do you have senior or student discounts?

Not specifically. But scholarships are available to anyone who needs one—no age or academic verification needed. Same with discounts. Reach out with this form and we can figure something out.

How long does it take for a scholarship to take effect?

Usually within 24-48 hours.

Do you ever increase your prices?

Sometimes. But what you start at is what you end at unless some extreme unforeseen change in the world economy happens.

Will I ever be surprised by hidden fees or charges?

Never. We hate surprise fees as much as you do. They’re like surprise bears, but worse. No, really, it’s like—ROAR! And there goes your face. Like, gone.

I bought the wrong membership! What should I do?
